Online Puppy Brokers: How Puppy-Selling Websites Hide Breeders
Is Infinity Pups Legit?

About InfinityPups.com

InfinityPups.com is a large online puppy-selling website, listing more than 150 breeds and mixes at any given time. This operation markets puppies from breeders concentrated in Pennsylvania and the surrounding Midwest — the same regions that are home to the nation’s highest concentration of commercial, USDA-licensed breeding kennels.

Here is the most important thing to understand first: Infinity Pups does not breed, it advertises. In its own words, “Infinity Pups is not the breeder, it is a site where breeders sell their dogs,” and “We are an advertising company — not a dealer or a broker.” It is, in plain terms, basically a classified-ad platform. Breeders pay to have their litters photographed and listed, and the site earns money from those listings and sales. The puppy in the photo was bred by the individual breeder, not Infinity Pups, so buyers should independently research the breeder behind each listing.

What Puppy Buyers Should Know About Infinity Pups

A site that can show you hundreds of puppies for sale on any given day is concerning. That kind of steady, large-scale supply and the sheer volume is the tell — and it’s the first red flag, and a big one.

Infinity Pups Describes Itself as an Advertising Company

Infinity Pups states that it is “not a dealer or a broker” and operates as an advertising platform. That distinction matters because the individual breeder, rather than Infinity Pups, produces and raises the puppy. Buyers should therefore verify the breeder’s identity, licensing, inspection history, health testing, and living conditions before purchasing.

How Infinity Pups Screens Breeders

Infinity Pups says breeders using its website must agree to certain standards. However, buyers should understand that the screening process is conducted by the company itself rather than an independent third party.
A state or USDA license confirms that a breeder meets applicable licensing requirements. It does not tell a buyer everything about how the dogs live or how the breeder operates.

Marketing Terms That Are Just Marketing

Infinity Pups leans on a set of reassuring phrases that sound like protection but are almost impossible to verify from the outside. Here is what we mean:

“Never From a Puppy Mill.” This is a marketing slogan built to do one job: make you feel safe enough to buy. It’s designed to sound like a guarantee while promising nothing you can check.
“1-Year Health Guarantee.” It’s a reassuring phrase, and that’s the point — it’s built to make you feel covered before you buy. But a guarantee is only as good as its fine print, and puppy-sale guarantees often come with real limits: narrow definitions of what qualifies, short deadlines to file a claim, and remedies that may mean a replacement puppy rather than help with the vet bills for the puppy you now love. Before you count on it, read the full contract yourself and make sure you understand exactly what it does and does not cover. Copy it and run it through ai and ask if it protects you the puppy buyer or the seller.
“Confident, Knowledgeable Breeders.” A subjective phrase with nothing behind it. It tells you nothing about the parent dogs’ living conditions, health testing, or how many litters a year the kennel produces.
“Safe, Hassle-Free Delivery.” “Hassle-free” is the problem, not the selling point. The convenience it describes is skipping the single most important step in buying a puppy — seeing where it was born.

Shipping and Delivery Can Hide the Breeding Conditions

Infinity Pups promotes delivery through third-party transporters. Delivery may be convenient, but it can also allow a buyer to complete the purchase without ever visiting the breeder.
Before agreeing to delivery, ask to visit the breeder in person. Meet the mother dog and see where she and the breeder’s other dogs live. If the seller will not allow that, find another breeder.

Red Flags to Watch For

More than 150 breeds and hundreds of puppies available at once — a giant red flag.
The site advertises puppies but takes no responsibility as “advertising only.”
Breeder “screening” is done by the company that profits from the sale.
Puppies shipped or delivered so you never see the breeding facility or the parents.
Breeders concentrated in regions dominated by USDA and state licensed commercial dog breeding kennels.

FAQs About Buying Puppies Online From InfinityPups.com

Should I buy a puppy from Infinity Pups?

We do not recommend it. The site is an advertising platform for breeders it does not independently inspect, and it encourages buying puppies sight-unseen through delivery — which removes your ability to verify how and where the puppy was raised.

Is Infinity Pups a scam?

Infinity Pups appears to operate as a real puppy-advertising business. The more important question for buyers is whether they can independently verify the breeder behind the puppy, the puppy’s health history, and the conditions where the breeding dogs live.

Does Infinity Pups use puppy mills?

The site says it does not, but it does not prove that. Not to mention its breeders are concentrated in areas with the highest density of USDA and state licensed high-volume dog breeding kennels in the country. A license permits commercial-scale breeding; it is not a guarantee of humane conditions.

Is the health guarantee real protection?

Read the contract before you rely on it. Most broker health guarantees cover a narrow list of conditions and offer a replacement puppy rather than covering your vet bills. That is small comfort when you’re holding a sick puppy you’ve already fallen in love with.

What should I do instead?

Buy only from a breeder who will let you visit in person and meet the puppy’s mother to see her mental and physical conditions and see where and how she and all of the breeders dogs live. Rescue from a shelter or breed-specific rescue. If a seller won’t let you see the parents and the place the puppy was born, walk away.

Before You Buy: How to Find a Puppy the Right Way

The single most reliable test is simple: can you visit, in person, to meet the mother dog where she lives? A responsible breeder welcomes it. A commercial operation hiding behind an advertising website will give you every reason not to. Meet the mother, see her mental and physical conditions and where she and all of the breeders dogs live. Never pay up front for a puppy you haven’t met in person.
